1. Eligibility

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KYC Verification

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bm99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bm99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved institutions may also be available. bm99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bm99 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security purposes. Deposits are credited to your bm99 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour, though processing times may vary. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- Active bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are separate from the real-money balance. The real-money balance is used first in wagering unless stated otherwise.

- Bonus abuse — including structuring play to meet rollover requirements without genuine play intent — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific promotion's terms. Any winnings from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on bm99 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections before confirming. bm99 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or bets that result from an obvious error in the odds or game software.
Sports Betting
Cricket betting markets (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and all other sports betting markets are governed by the specific sport rules outlined in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, void, or walkover, bm99's specific settlement rules for each market type will apply. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's current acceptance criteria at the time of placement.
Casino and Slots
All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables, use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or real live dealer broadcasts. RTP (return to player) percentages are set by the game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Jili, Spribe, and others) and are not altered by bm99. 8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall bm99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of funds due to technical failure, incorrect bet placement, or any interruption of service. bm99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Amendments to These Terms
bm99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and discontinue use of the Platform.
